I have wanted to share a bit on one of Africa’s universal ingredients and dishes known as Ugali in Kenya, Uganda, sadza in Zimbabwe, pap in South Africa and nshima in Zambia. It is known by so many names and loved (well, by those who miss it) as it is the staple diet across many African nations. I searched for videos to share how this could be made, there are quite a few out there, but I thought they did not get straight to the point so I decided to make one myself. What do you think? Enjoy!
